Which is why we don’t hold back and Amber opens up about how past diets really impacted her relationship to food and her body, how taking a break from weight loss has actually helped her be able to lose weight healthfully, and what mindset adjustments she made to be able to approach weight loss with more casual, chill and confident energy.
